Hello, my name is Fernando Herboso and I’m a broker owner for a small real estate company in Clarksburg MD. 

I run an aggressive group of agents. I’m their rainmaker and I work every day to help them obtain daily leads.

We just had our 10th transaction for April 2019, so far the best month for us in 2019…not impressive when you compare it to bigger teams, (we are a small team after all but...)  I’m still proud of my agent’s efforts that take a transaction from a raw lead to the closing table. 

Just from that fact of being the broker, the owner and team leader for my agents…

Can you imagine how many emails I receive every single day?
